Tales of Phantasia (Super Famicom version) Rune Bottle FAQ v1.0

    I was bored, so I decided to write this quick little FAQ about what
you can get by using the "Rune Bottle" item on various items in the
game.

    Usually, people use the Rune Bottles to identify unknown items
(?SWORD, ?ARMOR, etc), but they do have another use: to change existing
items into other ones, and more often than not, into a more powerful
version of the item changed, or an item with the opposite effect.

    I'm not good with Japanese, so I don't know the effects
of some items. If you know an item's effect, I'd like to know, so drop
me an email! Some effects are mere GUESSES, and could be wrong (the
guess ones are marked with "?" at the end of the description)

    More stuff to come! I basically conjured this up with my current
inventories in my 3 save slots, and some stuff from memory.

here in America! Follow these simple steps:

3) Click on the email link to their "Feedback" person
4) Write to him asking them to translate and release the PlayStation remake of
   Tales of Phantasia. (they take game requests you know)

If all goes well, and the demand becomes high enough, Working Designs will release Tales
of Phantasia after LUNAR: Eternal Blue! Remember, WD has a reputation for A++ quality
translations! Every mail counts, so be sure to tell all your friends to mail them!
