These are the only two Shitajiki (Pencil Boards) that I have good scans of. According to a scan in the misc. part, there appears to be a couple more... The first one on the left is the picture that everyone's grown to love by now. I have seen the back of it, and it displays some some outlined artwork of all the characters (and their names). Too bad I don't have a scan of it...

The second one on the right is quite much more original than the first one. It's like a collage of scenes during the PSX version's intro anime, all blended in with some lighting effects, regular artwork and a picture of Arche which I've never seen before! It looks awesome! I have not seen the back of that one though. Man, I would've bought it when I saw it on eBay, but it just barely ended when I saw the auction. :(

Well, what can I say? It's a doujinshi which appears to star Dhaos, the villian! The cover art looks pretty good. I'd like to have a look at the real thing.

I'm sure you get the theme of this doujinshi collection someone was selling. Yep, it's hentai. As you can see on the top row, second book, it's a picture of Mint. Of all of them, it's the only one that doesn't LOOK like hentai, as far as the cover goes. I'm pretty sure it is, though. It would be odd if was the only one that wasn't.

Ack, this scan is kinda weird. It's got that ToP art on the left of Cless and Chester, but some kind of advertisement or something for SaGa Frontier 2 (awful game) on the right...

This one contains the "new" picture everone will grow to love. Ever since the release of ToP for PSX, this seems to be the new 'standard' picture for covers of things related to ToP...

Excellent! This phone card displays a high quality version of the picture that you see after you watch the intro of SFC version! A nice picture, I wish it was used more often.

Here's something I'd like to obtain. It's an official Tales of Phantasia demo disc, all in it's own special packaging!

Play '98 demo disc. Why are US demo discs so lackluster? This is the best one I've ever seen!

Of course, to make into this page, it has to contain Tales of Phantasia (which it obviously does). What else is one it? Thousand Arms I.Q FINAL, Bomberman Eri, Ehrgeiz, Crash Bandicoot 3, R4 Ridge Racer Type 4, Gundam (not sure which), Street Fighter Zero 3, Chocobo's Mysterious Dungeon 2, Super Robot Wars Brave Saga, and a couple others I can't identify... Why can't WE have this kind of stuff?

This is a picture to a still-sealed copy of the Tales of Phantasia 1999 calendar. The character picture in the middle shows the awesome character art you see at the very end of the PSX version. Too bad the logo looks pretty warped in this image...

I swear I've seen a year 2000 ToP calendar on eBay though. It was during a time when I couldn't afford it. :(

It would appear there are two sets of Tales of Phantasia cards. I thought there was only one, unless there are several different packs. Of all things, I think THESE are the kind of collectibles I want most. http://www.the-place.com/ used to sell boxes of some kind of ToP cards (and even ToD), but not anymore. "tis a shame, cause I can't find them anywhere now! If I can get some, I'd scan as many as I can and add them here (or, at least on a separate page)!

Just a couple of misc cards. The cards in the scan on the right have that shiny foil effect thingy. I guess they must be really rare or something *shrug*

Well, here we go, all the goods that really don't have a section, or images of a little collection worth of stuff for Tales of Phantasia.

This guy sure is selling a cool collection of things. He priced it at 5,000 yen ($50, roughly). Lots of stuff here. From what I can make out of the picture and what little I was able to read from his auction, there appears to be: stickers, a bookmark(?), matches(?), a notepad, bubble gum, a PSX memory card case, and I even think some Shitajiki is included in here, all related to ToP. If only I had any way of communicating with the man selling this stuff...

Woohoo, a post card!

The auction that this promotional thing was on called it a "mini pop-up." I guess Cless and Mint fold out. It appears to have been made when ToP for PSX was slated for release on November 28th, but got delayed until December 15th. I wonder what caused it be delayed...

Here's the offical Namco Guide Book, for Tales of Phantasia PSX. There's another unauthorized guide book out there, I believe. I think Japan uses "Guide Book" instead of "Strategy Guide" like over here for their gaming guides.
